The Spirit Soars

Gerald Peel is Music Director of the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church of Chattanooga. He also is founder and director of The Kinge’s Quire, a community multigenerational choir, and inSpirit Men’s Chorus, a 50-voice male choir from the Chattanooga metropolitan area. In addition to church music and community choirs, he has served as an adjunct professor in local university choral departments. Peel holds a master’s degree in choral conducting from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and the Bachelor of Music in vocal performance from Southern Adventist University.
